Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy describes how PathChudo handles cancellations and refunds for paid plans and donations. It is a product description of current behavior, not a waiver of rights required by applicable law.

2. Paid plans

You can cancel a subscription in Billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. There is no self-serve refund in the app. Unless required by applicable law, fees are not refunded after a billing period starts.

3. Donations

Donations are voluntary. They are not refunded except where required by law or by the payment provider.

4. How to request a refund

If a refund is required by law, contact us via the Contact page or [email protected]. Include the account email and the invoice or payment reference. We process approved refunds in the Stripe, Lava, or PayPal dashboard as applicable.
