Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using PathChudo's travel planning service, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookies Policy. Certain actions (such as registration or publishing a trip) may require explicit acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) and legally able to enter a contract.
3. Accounts
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or security risk. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. The service
We provide trip planning tools including itineraries, maps, activities, checklists, packing, and budgets, subject to usage limits and feature availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; we will give notice where reasonably possible.
When available on your account, you may invite collaborators and share trips in-app with other users.
When the public catalog is available, you may publish trips for others to browse, subject to the settings you choose and these Terms.
5. Your content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, display, and transmit it to operate the service (including backups, sharing you enable via a link, and processors described in the Privacy Policy). You must have rights to content you upload. Do not upload unlawful or infringing material or others' personal data without a legal basis. Link-shared trips may be visible to anyone with the link, as you configure. We may remove content or disable link access if it violates these Terms or the law, or on a valid complaint.
Trips you set as public may appear in the catalog and be visible to other users as you configure.
6. Intellectual property
PathChudo and its licensors own the service, including software, user interface, and branding. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the service as offered. They do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
7. Acceptable use
Do not scrape in ways that harm the service, bypass security or usage limits, distribute malware, engage in illegal activity, harass others, resell the API without permission, or overload maps and geo endpoints beyond normal product use.
8. Maps and open data
Maps and places may use OpenStreetMap and related open data (© OpenStreetMap contributors). Map features must comply with applicable OSM and tile-provider terms. Additional map, geocoding, or routing providers, when used, are described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party processors described in the Privacy Policy, and their terms apply to their services. Unsplash photos remain subject to Unsplash license guidelines. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
10. AI features
AI suggestions (itinerary, packing, and similar) are probabilistic and may be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. You must verify travel, visa, health, and booking information. AI is not professional travel, legal, or medical advice. Submitting content to AI features authorizes us to send that content to the configured model provider.
If you use booking import, text or files you submit may be parsed using AI. Only submit materials you are allowed to process. Outputs can be inaccurate.
11. Payments
Paid plans may be billed as offered at checkout and in Billing. Prices, taxes, renewal, and cancellation are shown there. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts. Failure to pay may downgrade or suspend paid features. See the Refund Policy for cancellation and how to request a refund required by law.
Donations are voluntary contributions, not payment for a service. They do not purchase a subscription or paid entitlements. See the Refund Policy for how donations are handled.
12. Free tier and limits
Usage limits (for example trip counts and similar caps) may change. Soft and hard limits are part of the product.
Paid entitlements and upgrade prompts may apply when paid plans are offered.
AI features may be subject to a quota.
Collaborator limits may apply.
Limits may apply to public trips.
Booking import may be subject to a quota.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy explain data practices. You can export your data and delete your account from Settings, or by contacting us; details and your rights are in the Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, map accuracy, weather accuracy, or third-party data correctness.
15. Your responsibility
You are responsible for travel decisions, visas, insurance, health requirements, and bookings you make outside the service. Information in the service is for planning support only and is not professional travel, legal, or medical advice.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PathChudo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of trips, data, or profits. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to EUR 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in that case limits apply to the fullest extent allowed. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury.
17. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend for breach or risk. After you request deletion there is a 30-day cancellation window; then we permanently delete or anonymize your account data, except records we must keep by law. Residual data in backups or logs may persist for up to 90 days. Sections that by nature should survive (liability, IP) survive termination.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belarus, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Disputes are subject to the courts of Belarus, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in the service at least 30 days before material changes take effect. If you do not agree, you may delete your account before that date; continued use after it means you accept the updated Terms.
20. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PathChudo.
21. Contact
Contact PathChudo at [email protected] or via the Contact page on the website. To report unlawful or infringing content, write to [email protected] or use the Contact page.
